Teams will have Field Setup/PackUp duties allocated to them during the year and these will be announced in advance to give you time to organise. When on Field Setup, you’ll be required to prepare 7 fields for games on the morning, 6 of these fields are miniroo’s and 1 field is a full size field for the competition age groups. Occassionally, we may also need to setup a 2nd 10/11’s field on field 1, using the pop up goals. From start to finish this should take no longer that 30min. The above maps will assist you on where the fields are allocated and a trolley will be available inside the clubhouse on the morning of your duty, with all the gear that is required. Please view the below video, which will help you and show you the correct way, in preparing the fields.

There will also be some Canteen duty required from teams to help the club. Generally these are allocated to a team who is playing one of the 8:30/9am games and the last game of the day, will be the team that is on the 2nd shift in the Canteen. A committee member will be with you to assist.
